Fall Sports Registrations

You may now begin the Fall Sports Registration (Soccer, Volleyball and Cheerleading) process on the CDOW website. The link is just to the right in the links box. If you have registered your child before, you should have just recently recieved an email from them, which would contain your login name and password. If you are a first time user, create a new account and go through the questions that are asked.

Please print the summary page at the end. You need to bring the page to the first practice. Make sure to sign it. You child will not be allowed to start practices until this form has been signed and handed in.

Please download the St. Peter’s Registration form(found on the downloads page) and print out a copy for each child you have participating in a sport. Please fill it out and bring it with you to the PAC Meeting along with your payment. If you have more than one child participating, we will accept one check for all participants.
